Hello,

I am a clinical neuromuscular therapist, born and raised in the midwest, where I cultivated the beginnings of my bodywork career. However, it wasn't until I moved to the coastal beauty of the Charleston, SC area that I found vitality and received the formal education that has allowed me to share my healing intentions on a grander scale for over ten years.

Specializing in deep and detailed bodywork, I seek to provide pain relief and athletic maintenance, as well as assist clients who are recovering from injury or orthopedic issues. Through interview and structural analysis, we work together to create customized sessions, complete with self-care advice to promote ongoing wellness. Every body is unique and posed with ever-changing stressors, and I believe each treatment should reflect this.
